How is the course delivered?

Live, instructor-led, and hands-on — not self-paced video. You join scheduled sessions with your trainer and a real cohort, ask questions in real time, and work through hands-on labs for each topic.

How does this compare to a self-paced course?

The difference is live, instructor-led sessions with a real cohort — you spend most of your time doing hands-on labs, with real-time help, feedback, and a bit of accountability, instead of working through videos alone. You still keep the materials, but the live guidance is what keeps you moving.

Is this the same as a university degree?

No — it's a focused, practical, industry-oriented programme, not an academic degree. You build job-ready skills through live, hands-on training and a real project, and earn a Greater Insights certificate to show employers. It complements a degree rather than replacing it.

Can I attend if I'm in a different time zone?

Sessions run at scheduled times, shown on each course's page. It's fully online, so you can join from anywhere — just check the schedule to make sure the timings work for you, and if they don't, ask a learning advisor about other cohorts.

How much time do I need each week, and can I do it while working full-time?

Yes — many of our learners do this while working full-time. The live sessions are scheduled to fit around a working week, and alongside them you'll want to set aside focused time for the hands-on labs and practice. Your trainer outlines the weekly commitment during onboarding and helps you stay on track if things get busy.

What software or equipment do I need?

Just a computer with a stable internet connection and a web browser. Everything runs in cloud labs, so the tools are provided online — no heavy local setup to wrestle with.

What support do I get during the course?

You work directly with a live trainer throughout. Every session includes time for Q&A, so you can clear doubts as you go, and you get feedback on your labs and project. If you fall behind or hit a technical snag, your trainer and the Greater Insights team are there to help you catch up.

Are sessions recorded — what if I miss one?

No — sessions are live and interactive rather than a recorded library, so you get real-time Q&A with your trainer. We'd recommend attending them all, but if you miss one, your trainer shares the materials and a follow-up to help you catch up, and you can rejoin that session in a later batch.

How much does the course cost, and what payment options are there?

The current fee and EMI options are shown on each course's page — that's always the most up-to-date place to check. You can also request a quote or talk to a learning advisor about plans.

Can I get a refund if it's not the right fit?

Yes. If you've paid in full for a scheduled batch, you can request a full refund within 7 days of enrolling, before the batch starts. After that we can usually arrange a credit or a free transfer to a later batch — and if we ever cancel a batch, you're refunded in full. The full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

What happens to my materials and access after the course ends?

You keep your learning materials and lab files permanently — notes, code, and resources — to revisit anytime as you apply your skills on the job.

Is there any support after the course ends?

Yes — after the programme you keep your materials and lab files, stay connected with your trainer directly, and can lean on the Greater Insights team for ongoing support as you put your skills to work.

Can I book this for my team, or get 1:1 training?

Yes — we run private cohorts for teams and offer 1:1 or small-group training. For a team, you can shape the curriculum, choose your trainer, and set a schedule that fits. Talk to a learning advisor to scope a plan.

What happens right after I enrol?

You'll get your onboarding details — how to access the learning platform and cloud labs, your cohort schedule, and a welcome from the Greater Insights team. Your learning advisor walks you through the first steps so you're set before day one.
