This course teaches the fundamentals and intermediate capabilities of Workday HCM, the enterprise human capital management platform. You'll develop hands-on proficiency in navigating the Workday interface, configuring organizational structures, building staffing models, and executing core HR transactions like hires, transfers, and terminations.
